Our chef cooks your paella live at your event, and guests gather around as the aroma of saffron fills the air. It's served fresh, straight from the pan at its best. All we need is a flat outdoor space about 10' x 10'.

Under 50 guests? We suggest two types at most. Multiple selections are split across your guest count.

🥘 Paella

Made with Albufera rice, imported olive oil, Spanish saffron and smoked paprika. Naturally gluten-free, and we're happy to accommodate allergies.

Paella Mixta — chicken, organic vegetables and plenty of fresh seafood on top (our most popular)
Classic Paella — chicken, pork and fresh organic vegetables
Seafood Paella — grouper, shrimp, scallops, calamari, clams and organic vegetables
Vegan Paella — local organic vegetables only
Valencian Paella — rabbit, chicken and snails or duck with organic vegetables, the original
Black Paella — calamari ink and fresh seafood stock, a Mediterranean classic
