Valencian Paella Servings:

~$23/person - With lots of local organic vegetables, rabbit, chicken & snails or duck - This IS the original paella

Black Paella Servings:

~$23/person - Valencian black rice is one of the tastiest dishes of the entire Mediterranean coast. The rice is cooked with fresh seafood stock and calamari ink.

We can cook on-site or deliver the food for parties up to 1,000 people! Part of the fun of a paella party is to watch the process of making authentic paella. We just need an outside flat area of about 10'X10’ to set up our equipment and cook. You also have the option of having us deliver the food already prepared and ready to be served.
