Family reunions are about everyone gathering around the table, and paella was made for exactly that. Real Paella Catering cooks authentic Valencian paella on-site at reunions across North Florida, in parks, campgrounds, farms and backyards.

How it works
- Cooked in front of your guests in traditional giant paella pans, so the cooking is part of the fun.
- About 2 hours from setup until we are ready to serve.
- No kitchen, water or electricity needed. Just a flat outdoor area of at least 10′ x 10′ (more for larger parties) and access for our truck and trailer. We always bring a tent in case of rain.
- Served from the pan buffet style, or plated to the tables with servers.
- Prefer delivery? We cook the paella fresh and deliver it fresh in disposable trays with simple warming instructions.

Our paella is naturally gluten-free with no MSG, made with Albufera rice, saffron and smoked paprika imported from Spain, and we offer a vegan paella. Add licensed bartending (no catering order required) and live flamenco guitar, a flamenco band or classical guitar. See the full catering menu.

Family reunion questions
Can you cook at a park or campground?
Yes, as long as there is a flat outdoor area and access for our truck and trailer. Parks have their own event rules, so check with the park when you book.
Can we mix paella types?
Yes. Parties of 40 or more can mix as many types as they like; under 40 guests, choose up to two.
Can you deliver instead?
Yes. We cook it fresh and deliver it fresh in disposable trays with warming instructions.
