How it works
- Cooked in front of your guests in traditional paella pans, so the cooking is part of the fun.
- About 2 hours from setup until we are ready to serve.
- No kitchen, water or electricity needed. Just a flat outdoor area of at least 10′ x 10′ (more for larger parties) and access for our truck and trailer. We always bring a tent in case of rain.
- Served from the pan buffet style, or plated to the tables with servers.

Paella mixta and a vegan paella side by side, Spanish salad and tapas. For holiday parties, add dessert and sangria, or our licensed bar service.
Our paella is naturally gluten-free with no MSG, made with Albufera rice, saffron and smoked paprika imported from Spain, and we offer a vegan paella. Add licensed bartending (no catering order required) and live flamenco guitar, a flamenco band or classical guitar. See the full catering menu.

Can you deliver to our office?
Within about an hour of Tallahassee, yes. We cook the paella fresh, transfer it to disposable aluminum trays and deliver it with instructions for warming and serving. Most teams prefer the live cooking, though.
Do you provide plates and utensils?
Yes, on request, including compostable plates, napkins and utensils.
How do we pay?
An online contract and deposit confirm your date. The final payment is due on the event day by check, cash or money order, or by credit card with a 5% surcharge.
