Not only did the paella taste great, but I’m sure the whole surrounding neighborhood could smell the deliciousness that is Real paella. the portions are awesome and I still noticed multiple guest going up for seconds and thirds. And Juan was so incredibly easy to work with. Pro tip: grab some tapas before all your guests go ham on them! Best catering service ever!

My only regret is not having guest arrive earlier so they could enjoy more of the preparation. The food was delicious and there was SO much of it! The entire staff was incredibly professional and accommodating. We had to change the time twice and location once and they were more than understanding and moved as we needed. April 7, 2019My wife and I wanted to do something special for our neighbors and friends, so we had a paella party for 32 people. Chefs Juan and David provided outstanding service and delicious paella cooked to perfection! They showed up on time, complete with tent to cook under, ready to go rain or shine. Tapas were decoratively laid out first, in anticipation of the main course, which was amazing to watch being prepared, and came out absolutely delicious! Juan and David provided and served everything needed so that we were able to enjoy time with guests. Virtually everyone that attended commented how much they loved the whole presentation and especially the food! If you want to have as great a time as we did, we highly recommend Chefs Juan and David of realpaella.com. This definitely will not be our last event using them. Our best advice is to try and book well in advance since they are understandably very busy and in demand due to their fine and outstanding service provided. Thank you both very much for making our party so great!

| “It's the Real Thing.” I hired Real Paella last March for a large family get together and I couldn't have had a better experience. I was skeptic at first since I lived in Valencia (Spain) for three years teaching English literature and am very familiar with Spanish cuisine, but was pleasantly surprised with Juan's fantastic cooking. The food was authentic, and you could tell that all the ingredients were fresh. The appetizers were spectacular as well, and presented very elegantly. Everyone at the party said that one of their favorite parts was watching the cooking process and interacting with the chefs. Juan and his staff are very friendly, and they were all very flexible and accommodating to our needs. They even brought a small vegan paella for some of our non-meat eating party guests. To top it off, we wrapped up our party with some impressive flamenco music played by Silviu Ciulei, that left everyone awestruck. | "Very unprofessional" Although he came recommended by a friend, I have nothing but terrible things to say about this vendor. He was supposed to show up one hour before event to start setting up the “cook in front of you” experience, but instead he called one hour before to say there was a ‘miscommunication' and instead he would not provide the cooking experience we would be paying for. Instead, he would make ahead of time and just come 1.5 hours AFTER party started and just heat them up when he got there. But when he got there he said that he did not need to heat them up and he had to just drop them off because he had another party to go to. But the worst part was when we approached him about the insignificant discount he was giving us for not providing the experience that we had arranged for, he very unprofessionally started packing up the food and said “Well if you don't want it, that's fine.” and began taking food away from a party full of hungry people that had been waiting 1.5 hours for him to get there. I cannot put into words how unprofessional this vendor was, and also without heating it up, of course the food was cold. I would not recommend him to anyone because he cannot put his ego aside to provide courteous customer service. I have seen very good reviews and very bad reviews on other sites, so it is obvious the owner's attitude just depends on the weather that day.
