A quinceañera is a once-in-a-lifetime celebration, and the food should match. Real Paella Catering cooks authentic Valencian paella on-site for quinceañeras across North Florida, with generous portions for big guest lists and live music to keep the party going.
Why paella for a quinceañera
- Authentic Spanish cooking. Our chef, Juan Ten, was born in Valencia, Spain, the birthplace of paella.

How it works
- Cooked in front of your guests in traditional paella pans, so the cooking is part of the fun.
- About 2 hours from setup until we are ready to serve.
- No kitchen, water or electricity needed. Just a flat outdoor area of at least 10′ x 10′ (more for larger parties) and access for our truck and trailer. We always bring a tent in case of rain.
- Served from the pan buffet style, or plated to the tables with servers.
