Your engagement party is the first celebration of many. Real Paella Catering cooks authentic Valencian paella on-site for engagement parties across North Florida, with tapas, sangria and live Spanish guitar for a relaxed, festive evening.
Why paella for an engagement party
- Relaxed and social. Guests mingle around the cooking instead of waiting at tables.
- A taste of what is to come. If you love it, we can cater your rehearsal dinner and wedding too.
- Works at home or a venue. We bring everything and need no kitchen, water or electricity.
- Small or large. Our minimum is 15 guests within about an hour of Tallahassee and 50 farther away.
How it works
- Cooked in front of your guests in traditional paella pans, so the cooking is part of the fun.
- About 2 hours from setup until we are ready to serve.
- No kitchen, water or electricity needed. Just a flat outdoor area of at least 10′ x 10′ (more for larger parties) and access for our truck and trailer. We always bring a tent in case of rain.
- Served from the pan buffet style, or plated to the tables with servers.

Our paella is naturally gluten-free with no MSG, made with Albufera rice, saffron and smoked paprika imported from Spain, and we offer a vegan paella. Add licensed bartending (no catering order required) and live flamenco guitar, a flamenco band or classical guitar. See the full catering menu.
