Whether it is your 10th, 25th or 50th, an anniversary deserves a meal that feels like a celebration. Real Paella Catering cooks authentic Valencian paella on-site for anniversary parties and vow renewals across North Florida, with tapas, sangria and live Spanish guitar to set the mood.
Why paella for an anniversary

How it works
- Cooked in front of your guests in traditional paella pans, so the cooking is part of the fun.
- About 2 hours from setup until we are ready to serve.
- No kitchen, water or electricity needed. Just a flat outdoor area of at least 10′ x 10′ (more for larger parties) and access for our truck and trailer. We always bring a tent in case of rain.
- Served from the pan buffet style, or plated to the tables with servers.

A popular anniversary menu
Paella mixta (chicken, pork and seafood) or a seafood paella, a Spanish salad, traditional tapas, homemade dessert and sangria. Add a toast with wine from our licensed bar.
Our paella is naturally gluten-free with no MSG, made with Albufera rice, saffron and smoked paprika imported from Spain, and we offer a vegan paella. Add licensed bartending (no catering order required) and live flamenco guitar, a flamenco band or classical guitar. See the full catering menu.

Anniversary party questions
Can you cater a small anniversary dinner at home?
Yes. Within about an hour of Tallahassee our minimum is 15 guests; farther away it is 50.
Can you provide music?
Yes: flamenco guitar, a flamenco band or classical guitar.
Do you provide plates and utensils?
Yes, on request: compostable plates, napkins and utensils, or porcelain plates and stainless steel forks for an additional charge.
