Real Paella Catering pairs authentic Valencian paella, cooked on-site, with live Spanish and classical music for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate events and private parties across North Florida. Guests gather around the paella pan while a flamenco guitarist, a classical guitarist or a string ensemble sets the mood, so the meal and the music become one experience.

Live music options
We work with professional flamenco and classical musicians. Choose the size of the ensemble that fits your event:
- Solo flamenco or classical guitar: the most popular choice for cocktail hours and dinners.
- Flamenco trio or flamenco band: high energy Spanish music for receptions and parties.
- Solo piano or solo violin: elegant background music for formal dinners.
- Guitar and violin duo: a warm, romantic sound for weddings and anniversaries.
- String duo, string trio or string quartet, with or without guitar: classic sound for larger weddings.

Music and paella, together
Our chefs cook the paella in front of your guests in giant pans, and live music turns that into the centerpiece of the evening. Music works especially well during the cocktail hour while the paella cooks, and through dinner. It pairs naturally with our wedding catering, rehearsal dinners, corporate events and licensed bar service.
