Why paella works for a 30A rehearsal dinner
- One giant pan feeds the whole wedding party and out-of-town guests, with seconds for everyone.
- It is relaxed and social: guests gather around while it cooks instead of waiting at tables.
- We can cook at a beach rental if there is a flat outdoor area of at least 10′ x 10′ and truck access, or deliver it hot.
- Add tapas, sangria and licensed bartending for a complete evening.
