When one couple planned their March wedding in Apalachicola, they wanted dinner to be part of the celebration. They booked Real Paella Catering to cook authentic Valencian paella on-site, so guests could gather around the giant pan as it cooked before sitting down to eat.
What the couple said
“We had Real Paella cater our wedding in Apalachicola in March and they were absolutely spectacular! We had them cook on-site and it was amazing. My guests are still telling me how amazing the food was and what a great experience they had.”

Planning paella for a Forgotten Coast wedding
- We need a flat outdoor area of at least 10′ x 10′ (more for larger parties), plus direct access for our truck and trailer.
- No kitchen, water or electricity is needed, and we always bring a tent for coastal weather.
- Setup to serving takes about 2 hours, so invite guests to arrive while the paella cooks.
- Our minimum for coastal events is 50 guests, up to 1,000.
