How paella catering works at Kanapaha Botanical Gardens
Ask Kanapaha whether outdoor cooking is permitted at your chosen garden site. If it is, our paella cooking in the pan becomes part of the garden celebration. If not, we deliver it hot and serve from the kitchen and porch.
Where a venue allows outdoor cooking, we cook paella on-site in giant traditional pans so guests can watch. It takes about 2 hours from setup to serving and needs a flat outdoor area of at least 10′ x 10′ (more for larger parties), plus truck access. Where cooking on the grounds is not allowed, we cook fresh nearby and deliver it hot, ready to serve from trays or plated by our servers.

A favorite wedding menu is paella mixta with a Spanish salad, tapas platters, dessert and sangria. Our paella is naturally gluten-free, and a vegan paella keeps every guest covered. We are licensed for liquor, wine and beer, so we can run the bar too. See the catering menu.
