How paella catering works at The Garden Club of Jacksonville
Because the Garden Club does not allow open flames, we cook your paella fresh nearby and deliver it hot, then serve it buffet style or plated by our team. Our licensed bartenders can handle the bar, which the venue requires.
Where a venue allows outdoor cooking, we cook paella on-site in giant traditional pans so guests can watch. It takes about 2 hours from setup to serving and needs a flat outdoor area of at least 10′ x 10′ (more for larger parties), plus truck access. Where cooking on the grounds is not allowed, we cook fresh nearby and deliver it hot, ready to serve from trays or plated by our servers.
